msgaud — The audience to which a message in a message set is relevant
MsgAud
is part of the additional information associated with
a message in a MsgSet
. It identifies the audience
to which a particular Msg
is relevant.
May be formatted inline or as a displayed block, depending on context. Sometimes suppressed.
DocBook doesn't specify anything about how a particular audience might be identified, or how different audiences are distinguished.
On the whole, the semantics of MsgSet
are not clearly defined.
The InterfaceDefinition
element will be discarded in DocBook V4.0. It will no longer be available
in the content model of this element.
