Description
The acknowledgements
section of a book or other
component provides the author(s) with a place to identify individuals,
organizations, and other sources of support and to acknowledge their
contributions to the work.
Processing expectations
Formatted as a displayed block. In books, it usually introduces a forced page break and often starts on the next recto page. In smaller components, such as articles, it may simply appear as another section.
