This element supersedes the isbn, issn, and pubsnumber elements.
Important
The linking attributes will be removed from biblioid
in DocBook V6.0.
They are inappropriate for an element that's intended to be simply an identifier.

“isrn” An international standard technical report number (ISO 10444).

“pubsnumber” A publication number (an internal number or possibly organizational standard).
“uri” A Uniform Resource Identifier
